Welcome to Eastside Family Cooperative!

Eastside Family Cooperative is a group of families who have come together to provide quality, low-cost, part-time childcare for our children, aged 18 months though preschool age (currently defined as 4 years old). We are entirely parent-run.

We are located in Portland's Hawthorne district and operate Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Each child attends three days: two days “on her own” and one day with her “shift worker” parent.

We provide a network of support for parents and the chance for children to develop trusting relationships outside their immediate family. We value:

• Fresh, organic, unprocessed foods

Eastside Family Cooperative is a non-profit corporation and a member of Parent-Child Preschools of Oregon.
